I founded 3 Points Strategies in 2012 to help people in my trusted network to launch new companies and drive growth-oriented change in existing companies. Since then, my network has expanded significantly, and so have the variety of our customer engagements.  What remains the same is that we only work with purpose-driven individuals, with optimistic, growth-oriented mindsets.

Our approach is one developed over years of working with some of the best design-thinkers, story-tellers, strategy consultants and experience modelers.  Its highly adaptable and pragmatic, making the projects light-weight, quick to start, and chalk-full of “ah-ha” moments.  We don’t produce reams of paper, we give you simple, useful, artifacts that enable you to easily engage and align your teams with your customers and each other.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Von has over 25 years of experience creating, growing and transforming organizations from startups to Fortune 10.  Von has spent the entirety of his career helping organizations to bring together business, human and technology insights to drive change and growth.  His experience includes:  

  • C & VP-level positions in Strategy, Marketing, Technology, Customer Experience, Digital, and Consulting.

  • Founded, and helped launch and grow, multiple start-ups

  • Created innovative teams and labs that helped launch iconic products such as the iPhone, iPad, and Kindle, and award winning retail, mobile and multi-media solutions.

Von holds MBA’s from Cornell University, and from the K.U. Leuven (Belgium), as well as a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College in Economics.  He has been an active member of the Creative Good Customer Experience councils since 2004, has served as a customer advisory board member for a number of early stage technology companies and is on the board of Metro Counseling Services, a not for profit focused on providing access to mental health services in Georgia.  Von resides in Atlanta with his wife and family.
